How do you motivate your MLM Downline?

I am often asked the "Motivation" question. It's a tough one because there are no easy answers. Motivation is an internal process.

Here are my answers to these questions.
Working with leads for your MLM business is a great way to get solid training on your business and how to work it effectively; as well as sponsoring people into your business. It can also be a very discouraging activity. Here are a few key things to keep in mind as you work through the process. This will help you avoid those feeling of despair and help you understand your prospects better.
Success in MLM doesn't involve secrets. It involves persistence; a dedicated plan of action; and a few unwavering commitments, no matter what.
Here are those 5 commitments and success tips.

Success Tip # 1 - Change Your Thinking

Always maintain a positive attitude.

Many years ago, a large American shoe manufacturer sent two sales reps out to different parts of the Australian outback to see if they could drum up some business among the aborigines.
Generation Y. They have lots of labels. And many of them are anti-label, so be careful how you use them. The Millennials . The Echo Boom. The Mega Generation.

Whatever name you choose to call them, get ready because they are sharp. They are re-defining the "rules" and are going to find their place on their own terms. They communicate well and have a short attention span (not necessarily a bad thing).

Are You "Minding" Your MLM Business

The "art" of running a business requires some business basics, some common sense and more than ANYTHING, the right mental mindset. All too often, especially in Network Marketing, excited new distributors get bogged down in the "how-to's" of Network Marketing. They focus on the right script, the right Email Campaign, the right answers to all of the questions, the right ad to run, etc.

It's 3:00AM and instead of sleeping, I'm trying to figure out how to get listed near the top of the search engines. Am I normal?

Am I normal? I pondered that question this morning while I quickly checked email one last time before shuffling the kids in the car and off to school.

Am I normal? It crossed my mind again while racing back toward my home office as I watched a group of moms head to the bagel shop for coffee and a chat.
