Our internal dialogue is comprised of the many voices in our head. They distract, judge, compare, and appear to support us in solving problems. These voices take us out of the present, causing us to cycle old thoughts about the past and worries about the future. Our internal dialogue snags our attention in a mess of stories and dramas, keeping us from attending to what is actually in front of us.
Celebrating the many transitions in your life, from difficult to ecstatic, weaves a thread of spirit into everything you do. It also encourages you to be in the present moment with your full, conscious attention. The act of celebrating keeps you attuned to the gifts of all aspects of life, from birth, to death, to rebirth. Your celebrations can mark not only the expected holidays, but also the mundane, the unexpected, and the challenging.
Spoken or unspoken, the concept of integrity - what is right, what is whole, how we should be in the world - is passed to us from our parents and society. Our parents physically and energetically model this message, sharing verbally and psychically what they feel is appropriate. In many cases, their beliefs and their relationship with integrity have been passed down from their parents unquestioned.
Being in integrity is a way of life: to consciously choose presence, purpose and wholeness in everything we do. At Spiritual Integrity we provide spiritual life coaching. We support individuals to reclaim their innate mental, emotional, and physical integrity, in order to connect fully with their unique purpose in the world. Our intent is to shine brightly and dissolve limitations and agreements that keep us from expressing our brightest light.
